Still Kicken

Hello all, sorry for the lack pf posts, it’s been busy on all angles. Let’s see, what happened in February? My kitchen has been gutted and is not being redesigned, should be completed in a few months. With that brought moving an active kitchen to another location while still maintaining production for royals and dignitaries. Lord knows I love a challenge and it has been great to shake things up.

As well I have decided after 2 years of deliberation to begin a masters certificate in food service management Cornell University via ecornell. The course offers a cornucopia of industry relative information and case studies that allow one to truly build their professional skills. Continued education is always needed so I’d recommend it.

My house was also visited buy a new addition to the family. His name is Kato and he is a certified shit-mix of Jack T and the taco bell dog. He has the silliest eyebrows and a great dispossession. A lovely young puppy we saved from the ARK in Osaka. It’s been nice to have company and a reason to get active while walking him.

But wait a minute…isn’t this a food blog? Ok so check out my flickr and see some of the new additions. I’ll have some coverage of various events coming soon including the Japan Food-EX the hotelier convention and a charity event titled “the art of dinning” in support of refugees international.

Cheers

    Way to go chef!
It’s never too old to learn (actually you’re still young).
Btw, can you show us some of Kato’s photos later?
