Blackened Monk Fish, Squash Flower TempuraParm Biscotti, Late Harvest Icewine Jellly

 

A few treasures that came to pass this week. I’m an absolute braising fanatic. Meats cooked in anything for 4 hours will put a smile on my face for sure; and since the weather is starting to favor that of autumn, so should the cuisine.
