I recently had the absolute religious experience of working in one of Tokyo’s only 3 star Michelin restaurants. The epic journey I would face in my short time proved only one thing, I am addicted.
More to come.

Ahhh, the honeymoon is over, time to get back to work…hehe!
It must be an extraordinary experience to dine @ a 3-star Michelin restaurant.
Unfortunately I have no budget for another trip to the East again this summer, otherwise……..
Panna I also don’t have the budget to dine there, thats why I decided to WORK there instead.
When you make it to Asia again I’m taking you and your hubby out for Yakatori, not 3 star I know, but the best digs anywhere!
I think you’re talking about that tasty snack (similar to Malaysian satay)?! Sounds yummy!
Will let you know when I have enough pennies in my pocket….hehe!
You got it panna! Chicken on a stick and roasted over Charcoal, add a beer and were off to the races.
c u then
Nolan, we have so much to catch up on. Your wedding, your job hunt … need to see pics …. where r u lost !
Hi Nolan,
We can’t wait to read our write up on this fantastic experience. Living food through your experiences is so exciting. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful dishes, stories and inspirations. You are truly remarkable!
Thanks for inspiring us,
Diane & Todd
Are you still job hunting? Don’t forget to call Mr. Tanuma–he is THE GUY with ALL the hook-ups, and Cornell truly is mafiaesque in terms of the power of the network connections, but all in an above-board way. You have a Cornell pedigree–throw it around a bit and see what happens! (^_~)v
WOW! It must be wonderful to work in a 3-star Michelin restaurant!!
it was a religious experience for sure. Looking forward to more.
